Returns/Exchanges

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can try to cancel your order and refund your money!  This is not always the case, so Please make sure you want the item before placing an order.  
 
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products (see underneath). Keep in mind that a majority of our items ship from Asia, so return shipping would be prohibitively expensive in most cases so that is why we have this policy.                                                                                                                                                                  
3. WHAT DO I DO IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
If there are any defects in, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to reship a brand new one, provide a refund, or ship another item from our shop to you.
 
4. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
Keep in mind that a large portion of our products ship from overseas, therefore we can NOT do exchanges. All of our products have different measurements so please read the measurements in the description as well as provided size chart for each item.
